Cantilever Carport mounting system can be applied to medium and large scale solar PV projects. Its structure is simple and the appearance is pretty good. High hardness carbon steel is used to design to ensure the strength. The main parts are Column, Beam, Rail, Rail Connector, Rail Clamp, End Clamp and Mid Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Make the Cement Blocks in advance, there should be embedded bolts in the Cement Blocks.
2.Connect the Column and Beam then install them on the embedded bolt of Cement Blocks, ensure all Beams are in same level.
3.Install the Rail on the Beam with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and ensure all Rails are in same level.
4.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
5.Install the waterproof parts (if any).
