Aluminum Carport mounting system is not only a solar plant but it also offer a shelter for the cars to avoid the raining and the heat of the sun, therefore, this kind of mounting system can maximum the use efficient of the land space. The main parts are Pre-assembled Pole, Pre-assembled Beam, Rail, Rail Connector, Rail Clamp, End Clamp and Mid Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Make the Cement Blocks in advance, there should be embedded bolts in the Cement Blocks.
2.Connect the Pre-assembled Pole and Pre-assempled Beam then install them on the embedded bolt of Cement Blocks, ensure all Beams are in same level.
3.Install the Rail on the Beam with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and ensure all Rails are in same level.
4.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
5.Install the waterproof parts (if any).
