East-West Tilt Ground mounting system is specially designed for the ground inclined in the east-west direction. This mounting system use a special Swing Fittings to make Rails’ tilt angle adjustable on the Beam. Therefore, it is suitable for the ground with large inclination angle and hard to level. The main parts of this mounting system are Ground Screw, Pre-assembled Beam, Back Bracing, Swing Fittings, Rail, Rail Connector, Mid Clamp and End Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Piling the Ground Screw in the correct position as planned. 2.Install the Pre-assembled Beam on the flange plate of Ground Screw, ensure all Beams are in same level. 3.Install the Swing Fittings on the Beam, lock the bolt tightly. 4.Install the Rail on the Swing Fittings, ensure all Rails are in same level. 5.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
