Adjustable Leg mounting system is designed to meet the requirement of adjustable tilt angle of the bracket, so the adjustable components are used. This mounting system can be installed on both metal roof and flat concrete rooftop. The main parts are Adjustable Front Leg, Adjustable Rear Leg, Rail, Rail Connector, Mid Clamp and End Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1. ①If trapezoid metal roof, install the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg on the rooftop in the correct position as planned, drilling the screw into the roof beam below. ②If non trapezoidal metal rooftop, install the Clip Lock on the rooftop first then install the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg on the Clip Lock. ③If flat concrete rooftop, install the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg on the rooftop directly with the expansion bolt, or install them on the cement block through embedded bolt. 2.Adjust the length of the adjustable rear leg according to the required optimal tilt angle, lock the bolt to fix the length. 3. Install the Rail on the Adjustable Front Leg and the Adjustable Rear Leg , lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level. 4.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
