Ground U-type Pile mounting system use U-type Pile as the foundation, this kind of foundation can get better strength and can make installation faster because it can avoid the land transformation. The main parts are U-type Pile, Pre-assembled Beam, A Connector, U Connector, Splice, Rail, Rail Connector, Rail Clamp, Mid Clamp and End Clamp.



INSTALLATION STEPS


1.Piling the U Pile in the correct position as planned.
2.Install the A Connector, U Connector and Splice on the U Pile.
3.Install the Pre-assembled Beam on the U Pile, ensure all Beams are in same level.
4.Install the Rail on the Beam with the Rail Clamp, lock the bolt tightly and ensure all Rails are in same level.
5.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
