Clip Lock mounting system is a specific solution for non trapezoidal metal rooftop, the principle of this solution is to use Clip Lock to grab the roof. The main parts are Clip Lock, (L Feet), Rail, Rail Connector, Mid Clamp and End Clamp.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.Install the Clip Lock in the correct position as planned and lock the bolt tightly until the Clip Lock does not move. 2. ①Install the L Feet on the Clip Lock then Install the Rail on the L Feet, lock the bolt tightly and make sure all Rails are in same level. ②Put the Rail on the Clip Lock and lock the bolt tightly. Make sure all Rails are in same level. 3.Install the solar panel on the Rails with the End Clamp and Mid Clamp, lock the bolt tightly.
